Job Description

About the Role

Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and minimize downtime. As a Millwright at Communicate Finance, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and installing, commissioning, and maintaining production equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimize downtime
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections
  • Install, commission, and maintain production equipment
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified Millwright
  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
  • Experience working with motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and rotating equipment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Qualifications

Trade Test certification required
