About the Role
The Night Shift Manager at Alu-Cab is responsible for overseeing all operations during the night shift, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and team performance meet company standards across Alu-Cab factories. This role ensures smooth continuity between day and night operations while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all night shift production activities
- Organise workflow to meet production targets and deadlines
- Monitor production and resolve issues during the shift
- Ensure products meet quality standards and minimise rework
- Communicate production targets to Senior Production Supervisors
- Provide accurate shift reports and handovers to the day shift management
- Investigate and report on any production delays, including reasons and costs
- Ensure effective use of labour, materials, and equipment
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure work areas are clean and organised
- Identify opportunities to improve night shift efficiency and processes

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent Communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in addressing design challenges related to manufacturability and material use
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
