About the Role

Our food manufacturing client in Western Cape is seeking a Product Development Manager to join their product development department. If you have a Food Science/ Food Technology Degree and have experience in product development from concept formulation to commercialisation, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product development projects
  • Formulate new products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct sensory testing and product trials

Requirements

  • Matric Food Science/ Food Technology Degree
  • 3 – 5 Years experience as a Product Development Manager
  • Food FMCG experience
