About the Role

We are recruiting a Shipping Manager with 4-6 years of experience in managing shipping processes internationally. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and financial acumen, and be responsible for driving strategic growth and development within the Shipping department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Shipping department by strategically developing and fine-tuning shipping processes internationally
• Manage department budget from costing stages
• Proven experience in project management within the department
• Provide leadership and guidance to EXCO and own reportees pertaining shipping
• Maintain excellent relationships with agents and other role players

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in managing shipping processes internationally
