About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, contract administration, and project delivery. As an Intermediate/ Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered within budget and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
  • Managing project costs from inception to completion
  • Conducting valuations, cost reporting, and financial forecasting
  • Contract administration and managing variations
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and financial objectives

Requirements

  • BSc Honours degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Preference will be given to graduates from TUKS, UFS, or UCT
  • Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience
  • Professional registration (or in the process of registering) is advantageous
