Other Duties Include:

• Serve as a Project Manager for DAO & foundation clients, overseeing various operational aspects.
• Assist clients with managing day-to-day operations, administration, and integral functions.
• Handle outsourced accounting tasks, including transaction management and bookkeeping.
• Prepare quarterly management accounts and basic financial statements for clients.
• Compile transparency reports, conduct KYC and due diligence checks on grant proposals, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Review governance proposals, monitor compliance with bylaws and legal requirements, and provide summary reporting on proposals and on-chain activities.

Education:

• Completed BCom Degree
• Qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Tech-savvy
• Passion for cryptocurrency, AI, blockchain, and VR
