About the Role

As a Dealer Principal at Fumani Holdings, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations of our dealership, driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, OEM partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall dealership operations, including new and used vehicle sales, service, parts, and finance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and customer service objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor dealership financial performance, prepare reports, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, OEM partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Implement effective people management strategies, including recruitment, training, and performance management of dealership staff.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by promoting a service excellence culture.
  • Oversee dealership marketing initiatives, community engagement, and brand positioning.
  • Ensure operational efficiency through adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and digital systems.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Management or an equivalent qualification (essential).
  • Minimum 8 years of automotive industry experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record in dealership leadership, achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Strong financial management skills and understanding of dealership KPIs.
  • Familiarity with OEM requirements, vehicle financing, and compliance regulations.
