About the Role
Compass Medical Waste Services is seeking a creative and detail-driven Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who can bring ideas to life through high-quality visuals and engaging content, supporting our marketing efforts in a growing and purpose-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create digital and print-ready artwork for campaigns, social media, brochures, and promotional materials
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines
- Capture and edit compelling video content
- Produce short clips, testimonials, product explainers, and campaign visuals
- Assist with content planning and development
- Manage marketing assets and ensure organised storage of visuals
- Assist with the rollout of marketing campaigns
- Support social media content creation and scheduling
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong eye for branding, layout, and visual consistency
- Solid experience in video editing and photography
