The ideal candidate will be detail-driven, reliable, and comfortable managing both administrative and coordination duties while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.RequirementsPrevious retail administration experience essentialStrong experience in reconciliations and stock controlAbility to manage and balance daily figures accuratelyAdvantage: experience with accounting systems and POS systemsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent attention to detail and numerical accuracyProfessional, reliable, and able to work independentlyDutiesDaily stock control and reconciliationsEnsure all cash-ups, sales, and reports balance accuratelyMaintain and monitor daily trading figuresAssist with ordering and stock control processesGeneral administrative and PA support to managementFiling, reporting, and coordination of daily operational tasksAssist in resolving discrepancies and variancesWorking HoursMonday Friday: 08:00 17:00May be required to assist with occasional extra hours when needed.
