About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrator to join our team at eThekwini: Household Textiles and Manufacturing company based in Mobeni, Durban. As an Administrator, you will play a critical role in leading, motivating, and mentoring employees to achieve performance goals and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor employees to achieve performance goals and reach their full potential.
- Assign tasks, coordinate resources, and create work schedules to meet operational deadlines and minimize downtime.
- Evaluate team output, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive, ongoing feedback.
- Help train new hires and identify professional development needs for current staff.
- Address operational challenges, resolve client or team-related complaints, and mediate workplace issues.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Document workflows, track timekeeping, and report team progress or incidents to senior managers.
