Job Responsibilities: Document control of the quality management system – includes logging and issuing of all quality management system documents as required to relevant employees Document contro l – correct template, registering and distribution Record / evidence control as required by the ISO 9001:2015 assist Quality & Process Manager where required Certifications and client qualifications assist Quality & Process Manager where required Third party (external) audits assist Quality & Process Manager where required Ensure ISO 9001:2015 policies, procedures, work instructions actively look for continual improvement Quality report provide input to Quality & Process Manager when required Management review meeting assist Quality & Process Manager where required / as instructed, type minutes and action list Non-conformances allocate numbers, update register and ensure timeous close outs Approved suppliers list update with new approved suppliers Calibration coordination of calibration activities and recordings Management review meeting provide input to Quality & Process Manager on activities as required Job Requirements: Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard clausal requirements Matric 2-4 years of experience ISO 9001:2015 Implementation qualification and experience ISO Internal Auditors Qualification Documentation and record control QMS administration QC administration Attention to detail Able to work well on your own and also as part of a team Organisational and time management skills The ability to meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
