Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors. Answer and direct phone calls. Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries. Manage appointment schedules and confirmations. Perform general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

3-4 years of working experience in a debt review environment (compulsory). Strong communication, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills.
