Job Summary

Are you an experienced credit risk professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Credit Risk Manager to join a leading global advisory team. In this role, you will provide strategic oversight and guidance on managing credit risk, ensuring the development of robust risk management frameworks and delivering high-impact insights to clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the credit risk assessment process for a diverse range of clients across various industries. Develop and implement comprehensive credit risk strategies to support business objectives and minimize exposure. Provide expert advice to senior leadership and clients on credit risk mitigation techniques and best practices. Analyze credit portfolios, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improved performance and risk management. Oversee the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for both internal and client-facing meetings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of credit risk management strategies. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in credit risk management, with a strong understanding of credit risk models and strategies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and client relationship management capabilities. A track record of successfully managing teams and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in finance, economics, or related fields; professional certifications in risk management are a plus. Technical Requirements: Strong proficiency in credit risk modeling, including the use of quantitative tools and techniques. Advanced knowledge of financial systems, credit scoring, and risk assessment tools (e.g., Moodys, SAS, or similar platforms). Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R, or Python). Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards related to credit risk management (e.g., Basel III, IFRS 9, or equivalent). Familiarity with stress testing, scenario analysis, and credit portfolio management techniques. Apply now

Job Summary

Were on the hunt for dynamic, forward-thinking Manager to join our Credit Risk & Capital Management team . If you love turning numbers into insights, working with top-tier financial institutions, and pushing the boundaries of risk management, this is your chance to make an impact What Youll Do: Develop and review credit risk models for provisioning and regulatory capital requirements (IFRS9, scorecards, etc.). Assist with managing projects, including planning, execution, and quality control. Code and automate financial risk management models using Python, R, or SAS . Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a coaching culture that encourages growth and innovation. Communicate complex quantitative concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What Were Looking For: Experience: At least 5 years in a quantitative credit risk role. Strong knowledge of credit risk modelling, statistical techniques, and modern computing languages ( Python, R, and SAS ). Proven experience in managing small workstreams and coaching junior staff. An Honours or Masters Degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent (FRM certification is advantageous).
