Job Summary

OpenSource Intelligent Solutions is looking for an impactful and seasoned SAP & IT Specialist for their Western Cape Operations. Inherent Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA is an advantage). Minimum 6 years’ experience in recruitment, consulting or IT and/or SAP sales services industry is an advantage. Computer literate (MS Office) Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a technology or IT Sales environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B Enterprise environment. Strong understanding of SAP Solutions, (including SAP S/4Hana, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Business One, SAP Analytics Cloud and other relevant modules). Self-motivated, results driven and comfortable working independently. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams with a strong network and contacts in relevant industries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client challenges. A valid drivers’ license with own reliable vehicle (essential). Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including prospecting, networking and marketing campaigns. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring a smooth efficient process. Maintain a strong understanding of SAP technologies, including cloud solutions, data management and AI Integration. Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies to effectively position SAP solutions. Understanding of business processes and the ability to align SAP Solutions with client needs. Ability to land new business, develop and grow clientele. Proven capacity to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets and KPI’s. Work closely with pre-sales, consulting, and other internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction. Tracks sales progress, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports to management.
