Job Summary

Hire Resolve, a reputable recruitment firm, is currently seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to join our client’s team.

As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction operations at various sites. We are looking for a highly organized individual with a strong background in the field. Your leadership skills, extensive experience, and ability to make quick decisions are essential to ensure project success and safety.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and prioritize tasks
Create schedules and ensure crew attendance
Allocate responsibilities and supervise workers
Ensure adequate resources and safety precautions
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
Monitor budget and resolve issues
Report progress to managers and stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience as a Construction Foreman
Deep knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Effective communication and reporting skills
Mathematical aptitude
Problem-solving capabilities
Physical fitness and stamina
High school diploma or skilled trade diploma (e.g. electrician, carpenter)
