An exciting opportunity for a seasoned Cluster Hospitality Manager to oversee and drive excellence across a portfolio of premium hospitality establishments in Limpopo. This role requires a highly motivated professional with strong operational expertise, financial acumen, and a genuine passion for delivering world-class guest experiences. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with the ability to inspire teams, maintain exceptional standards, and ensure sustainable business growth.

As Cluster Hospitality Manager, you will take full responsibility for day-to-day operations, from guest services to financial oversight, while fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will be expected to implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction, maximise profitability, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. This position requires resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years management experience in hotels or lodges, including at least 2 years in the luxury hospitality or safari lodge sector

• A recognised Hospitality related qualification equivalent or in Business Administration, or related field

• Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performance teams.

• Solid financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control expertise

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills with a guest-centric mindset

• Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera) and confidence in using online booking platforms

• Flexibility to work under pressure, including weekends and holidays (essential).

• Knowledge of local tourism trends, competitor activity, and reputation management tools

• Experience in revenue management, forecasting, and driving occupancy growth

Salary R50 000 R70 000 with live-in benefits
