Non-Negotiable Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline 35 years experience in electrical, solar, or construction project environments Proven experience with costing, tenders, and budgeting Strong site-based experience Ability to conduct site visits and assessments Excellent Excel and estimating software proficiency Job Experience & Skills Required: Prepare and manage project quotations, tenders, and financial submissions Conduct site inspections and verify quantities for accurate costing Oversee project budgets and financial tracking from initiation to completion Liaise with Engineers, contractors, and clients on pricing and commercial matters Ensure accuracy, accountability, and profitability across all assigned projects Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders Ideal Candidate: Youre structured, self-managed, and have a keen eye for commercial detail.
