A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Administration BASIC SALARY : R10 000 R12 500.00 START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS: Matric 2 4 years of experience as a receptionist Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Professional appearance and demeanour Excellent communications skills Strong organizational and time management skills DUTIES: Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries Provide administrative support to various departments (including data entry, filing, document handling, events) Manage meeting room bookings and prepare refreshments for meetings Monitor and maintain office supplies & groceries, placing orders when necessary Assist with staff communications and general office coordination Assist with processing online website training will be given HOURS: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 17:00 Friday: 08:00 15:30
