Job Description
Hire Resolve, a reputable company in the recruitment industry, is currently looking for a highly competent and experienced Senior Manager for a manufacturing company.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by leading and managing various key functions within the company. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction, driving performance, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams across multiple departments
- Develop and implement business strategies and plans
- Drive performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and analyse business performance against targets
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strategic mindset and ability to drive results
- Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
