Key Responsibilities: Translate business needs into actuarial models and insights that drive strategy. Lead and mentor a team of Actuarial Analysts, building technical and professional capability. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, delivering clear and impactful insights. Develop, implement, and monitor actuarial models and ensure that they remain fit for purpose. Oversee pricing changes and perform sensitivity analyses to guide profitability and policy growth. Drive innovation, process improvements, and efficiencies across actuarial practices. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Bachelors / Honours Degree in Actuarial Science. Progress towards becoming or a qualified Actuary.
