Johannesburg: Wealth Manager Administrator

As a Wealth Manager Administrator , you will play a key supporting role in ensuring the smooth running of client portfolios and daily operations. Youll assist with onboarding new clients, preparing investment and financial reports, maintaining compliance documentation, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout their financial journey. Key Responsibilities: Support Wealth Managers with client administration and portfolio management. Prepare investment proposals, statements, and financial planning documentation. Capture and maintain client information accurately on CRM and investment platforms. Liaise with clients, product providers, and service teams to follow up on instructions and documentation. Assist with compliance checks and ensure all client files meet regulatory standards. Coordinate review meetings, prepare reports, and manage diary scheduling. Maintain investment records and assist with reconciliations where required. Requirements: A BCom Degree in Finance, Financial Planning, or a related field. Progress toward or completion of a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning (advantageous). 13 years of experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment. Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or investment platforms beneficial. Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Why Join?
