FURNACE OPERATOR WITH INDUCTION Experience –
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a FOUNDRY Environment
* MUST have FURNACE INDUCTION experience
DUTIES:
* Calculate the required Raw Material charge to Furnace by
   utilizing Standard Charge Sheet
* Charge Raw Material into the Furnace to achieve Melting
   efficiency
* Calculate required Alloy addition to Furnace
* Weigh & Add all additions to Furnace or Ladle
* Take Samples from the Furnace or Ladle to ensure the Molten
   Metal is within specifications
* Perform the Rebuilding of Furnace Lining & make Repairs

* Good Vision & Hearing
* Physical Capability to lift approximately 25kg using Lifting
   Techniques
* CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD – will be verified
