Durban: Senior Recruiter

About the Role This is a senior, hands-on recruitment role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage the full recruitment cycle independently. You will work closely with clients and candidates, handle mid-to senior-level placements, and contribute to growing our brand and upholding our reputation for customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse client portfolio (job briefing, adverts, sourcing, screening, interviews, placement) Source high-quality candidates using multiple channels, networks, and tools Build strong relationships with clients and understand their talent needs Conduct detailed candidate assessments and compile professional profiles for presentation to clients Manage candidate pipelines and ensure excellent communication throughout the process Finalise placements through effective offer management Complete all administration through our ATS Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities Maintain high-quality standards aligned with agency processes and ethics Requirements Minimum 26 years full-cycle recruitment experience (agency experience is an advantage) Proven success sourcing and placing roles in FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related industries is an advantage Strong interviewing and assessment capability Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously High levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and client service Proficiency in recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, and ATS tools What We Offer A supportive, established agency with a strong industry reputation Access to warm clients and active job specs Competitive salary commission Growth opportunities within an expanding business Positive, professional office environment in Berea, Durban
