Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Pool Waiter to join a renowned luxury wine estate situated in the picturesque Franschhoek region. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-presented, service-driven individual with a passion for hospitality and attention to detail.

Position: Pool Waiter
Location: Franschhoek
Property Type: Luxury Wine Estate
Salary: R6,000 R7,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and attentive service to guests at the pool area

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the poolside area at all times

• Maintain a high level of personal grooming and presentation

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service

• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent command of English; additional languages beneficial

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a guest-first attitude

• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
