Job Description
- 5-10 years of experience in administration, personal assistant and client liaison
- Ability to be the right hand to the Sales Director
- Excellent administration and time management skills
- Computer literate and excellent attention to details with checking of figures
- Professional and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have own vehicle and driver’s license
DUTIES
- Right hand assistant with PA duties supporting the Sales Director
- Keep the Director updated on progress of all production orders ensuring deadlines are adhered to
- Liaison with Production Manager
- Professional communication with clients on deadlines, delivery etc.
- Use initiative if deadlines are delayed, liaising immediately with management
- Double check that orders are accurately documented and communicated
- Data management and checking of price and quantities that they are accurate
- Ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are completed
- Working at a fast pace with project coordination
- Assist in tracking project timelines and milestones with management
- General administration and any additional ad-hoc requirements required within the company
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
