Qualifications: CIMA, BCompt, BCom Accounting, or similar degree (CA(SA) advantageous) SAIPA / SAICA registration (if applicable) Skills & Competencies: Strong business acumen and performance-driven mindset Expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Advanced MS Office proficiency Problem-solving and analytical abilities Self-starter who thrives under pressure Experience: 12 years in finance or a service-related industry Experience with financial information systems and operational support tools Valid drivers license and own vehicle Proficiency in English (additional South African languages an advantage) Key Responsibilities: Support financial planning and budget management across departments Assist HODs with preparation, capturing and review of budgets Control and forecast income and expenditure Ensure compliance with financial SOPs
