Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales, design, architecture, planning
Create detailed solution architecture documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans
Collaborate with clients to understand their communication and contact centre needs, and translate those requirements into technical specifications
Conduct discovery workshops to gather and analyse client requirements, providing expert guidance and recommendations
Design and oversee the integration of solutions with existing systems and applications
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor offerings to continuously improve solution designs.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams as needed
Implement security best practices and ensure solutions comply with relevant industry standards and regulations
Provide guidance and support during the implementation phase, addressing technical challenges and ensuring a smooth transition
Maintain effective and consistent communication with teammates, peers and the leadership team
Raise risks and issues to the team technical lead, team lead, sales team and project managers when necessary
Performing audits and analysis of existing products for the purpose of ensuring proper configuration management and consistency
Provides operational readiness activities to the business
Partners with the support team to work through tickets to share and document knowledge and best practices with the aim for the team to support independently
Provide suggestions and improvements on troubleshooting process
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Requirements:
5+ Years proven track record as an Architect mandatory
Excellent understanding of IT relationship to business requirements
Ability to architect solutions in real time (think on your feet)
Documenting Solutions and Integration Designs, in written (longform) and diagrammatically
Project delivery and engagement lead
Professional working experience and knowledge of networking, tele-communications, cloud, security and VoIP required (Engineering experience will be considered)
Feasibility analysis of complex telecommunications
Infrastructure design
Technology Innovation: scouting, screening, trend analysis and evaluation
Interpersonal Skills (ability to influence people and excellence in relationship management)
Organisational Skills (juggle multiple priorities, meet goals anddeadlines)
Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Excellent oral and written communication
Analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Strong presentation skills
Ability to break down complex problems into understandable terms
Ability to read the room, and pitch a solution at the correct level
