Introduction

A leading construction company, based in Silverton, Pretoria is looking for a Senior Estimator with 3-5 years experience to join their dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates & tenders for electrical projects.
• Analyze drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and risks.
• Collaborate with project managers and quantity surveyors to gather relevant information.
• Conduct market research to assess material and labor costs.
• Maintain organized records of tenders and proposals.
• Support the team in preparing bid documents and presentations.
• Manage RFQs per project

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Candidate must be CCS Candy proficient with minimum 3- 5 years full time experience (must)
• Bachelors degree in related field (or equivalent experience). To be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Package & Remuneration

R 30 000 – R 40 000 CTC pm.
