About the Role
Staff Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Transfers Conveyancing Secretary to join our team in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing significant file loads, proficiency in conveyancing software, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience for Junior roles and 5+ years of experience for Senior roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a significant file load (approx. 30 files for Junior and 60+ for Senior)
- Proficiency in GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc, and E4 systems (non-negotiable)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Provide exceptional administrative support to conveyancing attorneys and staff
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience for Junior candidates and 5+ years for Senior candidates in a conveyancing-related role
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Matric certificate (non-negotiable)
- South African citizenship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
Qualifications
Relevant legal qualification is advantageous, but not mandatory.
