About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to support both of our directors directly. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communications, and facilitate project management tasks, ensuring alignment between executive priorities and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules for both directors
- Coordinate communications and meetings on behalf of the director
- Facilitate project management tasks
- Prepare essential documentation, including letters, contracts, and memorandums
Requirements
- Professional appearance/attire
- Paralegal qualification
- A basic understanding of company law and company structures
- A basic understanding of FICA and other applicable compliance regulations
- Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Must be proficient in Microsoft programs
- Between the ages of 25 and 35
- Salary budget – maximum R30 000.00 cost-to-company
