About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to join our luxury lodge team, ensuring seamless operation and 5-star comfort while preserving the integrity of this extraordinary wilderness. As a vital member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the lodge’s infrastructure and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- General Maintenance of all electrical equipment in camp (e.g., solar plants, generators, water systems)
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Manage projects to ensure smooth operation of the lodge
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a reserve and 5-star lodge environment
- Industry qualifications advantageous
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer literate
- Mature and responsible, with sober habits
- Well-spoken and able to communicate effectively with staff and guests
Qualifications
- Completed formal education/certification (if applicable)
