Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone with solid administrative experience who is eager to contribute to smooth office operations and support daily business activities. Key Responsibilities: Perform general office administration Process debtors and creditors File, capture data, and manage document control Assist with correspondence and record keeping Handle telephone calls and manage email enquiries Support the team with daily administrative tasks Assist with day-to-day office operations Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or clerical role Proven experience with creditors Working knowledge of Pastel Evolution (advantageous) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail Good numerical acumen and accuracy with figures Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Personal Attributes: Hardworking, reliable, and dependable Team player with a positive attitude Self-motivated and eager to learn

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Administrator to join our team in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing debtors and creditors processing, and performing general office administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration

  • Filing, data capturing, and document control
