Job Description

MID Level Ab Initio Developer

Location: Johannesburg and Pretoria

Salary: R 40 000 – R 60 000 p.m

Job Functions

Develop presentation materials for the Tableau dashboards, documenting best practices
Assist key stakeholders achieve important risk reduction goals through meaningful metrics and dashboards.
Identify appropriate source systems and understand how data flows within various systems.
Perform Data Analysis and develop Visualizations using Tableau, SQL, Excel and other BI tools.
Clearly convey the ‘story’ in a visual format that is grouped, summarized, or formatted to be easily understood and actionable.
Database environment will be Hadoop.

Requirements

Tertiary Education (Minimum of a 3 year IT degree or Diploma)
4-7 Years solid IT data management or development experience of which at least 2-3 year.
Must be solid Ab Initio Development.
Only Ab initio ETL experience will be considered.
