About the Role
Eden: Sales & Marketing Coordinator is a key role within our transport and logistics company, Synergy Human Resources. As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling client relationships, sales enquiries, and marketing efforts to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client liaisons and client relationship management
- Guide clients through services offered, pricing, and additional options (insurance, storage, packing)
- View clients’ household goods if required
- Prepare costing for quotation
- Follow up on quotations and monthly sales reports
- Open files for secured moves
- Filing and maintaining accurate client records
- Handle tender requests
- Administration: Email correspondence, Telephone correspondence, Supporting management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Claims handling: Submission and tracking of insurance claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
- Marketing cold calls and field sales
- Report to Head Office monthly
- Injury on duty registration and administration
Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics
- Previous sales / marketing or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong geographical knowledge
- Previous experience in the transport or relocation industries is a huge advantage
- Must be fully computer literate, and proficient in Excel
- Deadline driven with ability to carefully assess and streamline processes
- Valid driver’s licence
