About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our team in designing and delivering primary systems for high-voltage substations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading engineering projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and review high-voltage equipment layouts, arrangements, and supporting structures
  • Specify and integrate high-voltage equipment including transformers, circuit breakers, disconnectors, and CTs/VTs
  • Develop primary layouts, general arrangement drawings, and installation concepts
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and grid operator requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years experience in primary high-voltage substation engineering
  • In-depth knowledge of transformers, circuit breakers, disconnectors, CTs, and VTs
  • Strong experience with high-voltage layouts, equipment installation, and mechanical structures

Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering
