About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Administrator to join our team in Houghton. The successful candidate will have a strong background in property administration, with at least 12 years of experience, preferably in residential or commercial property environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage leases and tenant records accurately
  • Process invoices, reconciliations, rental schedules, and utilities/levy payments
  • Engage professionally with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams through excellent written and verbal communication skills
