About the Role

Support the HR Director and HR Manager in delivering end-to-end HR generalist services, contributing to a positive, compliant, and engaged workplace within a unionised environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide IR support including disciplinary processes and CCMA/Bargaining Council representation
  • Manage union engagement, monthly meetings, and conflict resolution
  • End-to-end recruitment, ensuring EE & BBBEE compliance
  • Coordinate onboarding and maintain accurate HRIS and employee records
  • Support talent management, performance reviews, development plans, and engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree in HR Management / Industrial Relations (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation
  • 48 years of HR Generalist experience (multinational exposure advantageous)
  • Proven experience in CCMA/Bargaining Council matters
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills

Qualifications

Degree in HR Management / Industrial Relations (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits

Negotiable up to R40 000 per annum. Medical Aid and Provident Fund are provided.
