About the Role

With beautifully appointed rooms and suites, breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views, a palm-lined pool deck, world-class dining, and state-of-the-art event spaces, the property offers an inspiring work environment where excellence meets opportunity. The Hotel is seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist with Opera PMS experience to join its Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, proactively engage in the lobby, escort VIPs, and personalise every interaction
- Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensure billing accuracy, and coordinate luggage assistance
- Handle emails, reports, credit checks, loyalty enrolments, adjustments, postings, and maintain an organised reception area
Requirements
- Valid South African ID
- Minimum 3 years hotel reception experience in medium or large hotel properties
- Opera PMS experience (essential)
- Strong communication skills – well spoken, clear, and professional
- Presentable with excellent grooming standards
- Computer literate (Opera PMS and Microsoft Office)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hotel reception experience
