About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lease Administrator to join our team at a prominent retail shopping centre in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lease administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and format lease proposals and agreements
- Conduct FICA and credit checks
- Audit and review lease documentation
- Assemble landlord packs and maintain admin systems
- Support the Leasing Manager in daily operations
Requirements
- Matric with a relevant Business Degree
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Lease Administrator
- Work experience in Retail Property Management with a Retail Shopping Centre
- Knowledge of lease processes, FICA, and credit vetting
