About the Role
We are a large FMCG manufacturer based in Zambia, seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Digital Animator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, animations, and motion graphics that bring our brand to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling animations and motion graphics for digital content, social media, commercials, TV bumpers, documentaries, and promotional videos
- Design static and digital creative assets for websites, campaigns and brand communication
- Develop 2D and 3D animation, including modelling and rendering
- Edit videos and support the wider team with in-house production needs
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency
- Support the development of content that enhances digital and social media presence
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the group
- Manage multiple design and animation projects within deadlines
Requirements
- Proficiency in animation and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D)
- Strong graphic design skills with experience using design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- Ability to create 3D models and high-quality renderings
- Excellent video editing skills
- Experience in developing digital and social media content
- Strong understanding of branding, corporate identity and design consistency
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Creative thinking, strong attention to detail and good time management
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field
