About the Role
Join our esteemed client, a long-running engineering and water-infrastructure group, as a Sales Executive in their Water Treatment & Fluid Control division. With strong roots in engineering, water technology, and fluid control, you’ll have the opportunity to work on important projects in municipalities, industry, and mining, while handling larger clients, bigger deals, and long-term solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across municipal, industrial, commercial, and mining clients.
- Present and position treatment systems, including Clearwater, ALTEP, and fluid-control technologies.
- Visit sites, assess needs, and prepare proposals, tenders, and value-focused business cases.
- Work with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams to close deals.
- Keep clear CRM records, forecasts, and activity updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales in water treatment, fluid control, civil-water, geosynthetics, or related industrial sectors.
- Able to manage long sales cycles and engage many stakeholders across engineering and procurement.
- Understanding of potable water, sewage treatment, grey-water reuse, pipelines, modular plants, and bulk-water issues.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Water Technology, Environmental Science, Technical Sales, or similar.
Salary & Benefits
- OTE of R50 000 – R80 000 + Car Allowance
