About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join our team in Mount Edgecombe. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for generating targets and budgets, producing weekly GP Reports, and assisting with payroll. Our ideal candidate is a female FMCG industry expert with at least 35 years old and no prior job hoppers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate targets and budgets using Excel and Word
- Produce weekly GP Reports
- Assist with Payroll functions
- Maintain accurate records of daily invoices
Requirements
- Previous experience in the FMCG industry, preferably as a bookkeeper or accountant
- Strong understanding of income statements and debtors’ invoices
- Ability to capture and track references effectively
Qualifications
- Completed any relevant qualifications or training programs
