About the Role
We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and results-driven Freelance Coffee Sales Executive to drive sales across our diverse product portfolio in Cape Town, South Africa. As a sales professional with an existing network and a passion for the coffee industry, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing key accounts through two primary channels: Retail and B2B/HoReCa.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell our branded, packaged coffee products into independent grocery stores, boutique food retailers, and national retail chains.
- Manage key accounts across the entire territory to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Existing network in the South African market (must be able to leverage this network to drive sales).
- Strong sales skills and experience in a similar role or industry (3+ years of sales experience is required).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/freelance capacity.
- Passion for the coffee industry and willingness to stay up-to-date on market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (no formal education requirement).
