About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in management roles. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail stores and ensuring they meet our operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel frequently between store locations and adapt quickly to different environments
- Implement strategic plans to achieve operational objectives
- Ensure merchandise availability, pricing policies, marketing, and security measures
- Maintain compliance with legal and company regulations
- Support production and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail sales or marketing
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite; other discipline-specific software)
- Proactive, action-oriented, and results-driven
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to different store environments
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (NQF 6)
- Advantageous: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (NQF 7)
