About the Role

The Group Revenue Manager is a critical role at NewBridge Graduate Institute, responsible for driving revenue growth and financial sustainability across our educational institutions. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our revenue management team, bringing expertise in revenue analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of revenue data across all departments and campuses.
  • Monitor revenue performance against targets and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify inefficiencies in revenue-related processes and develop streamlined procedures for invoicing, billing, and collections.
  • Prepare aging reports and overdue payment summaries.
  • Develop accurate forecasting models to predict future revenue and collection streams.
  • Collaborate with campus finance teams to ensure alignment on revenue recognition and reporting standards.
  • Liaise with academic departments and administrative units to understand revenue drivers and support strategic decision-making.
  • Recruit and train new team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in revenue and debtors management, financial analysis, or similar roles within an educational or large organizational setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
