About the Role
Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Executive to join our team in Limpopo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective relationship-building, negotiation, and sales strategies. You will have the opportunity to work with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate accounts
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or corporate/business development roles
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Additional certifications in sales, hospitality, or customer relationship management are an advantage
