About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, as well as supporting the delivery of scalable, efficient business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, structured functional specifications
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Support the delivery of scalable, efficient business solutions
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or retail environments
- Strong background in business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
