About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Buyer to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain, you will be responsible for identifying parts needs, reviewing repair orders and job cards, and analyzing work orders to understand the specific parts required for each job. You will also evaluate vehicles to determine the extent of damage and the parts needed for repair.

- Manage inventory, maintain accurate records of parts received, issued, and on hand
- Handle returns of defective or incorrect parts to suppliers
- Analyze costs, evaluate the quality of parts, identify areas for cost reduction
- Build relationships with key suppliers
- Evaluate supplier performance, assess quality, reliability, and responsiveness
