About the Role
Our client, a top Western Cape construction company with head office in Stellenbosch, is seeking a Mid-Level Quantity Surveyor to take full responsibility for all QS functions on construction building sites. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified site QS to ensure construction projects are financially controlled and losses minimized.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and budgets on-site
- Write reports and invoices for clients
- Lead meetings with contractors and project managers
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor
- Exposure to QS software (CCS, BuildSmart, or similar) advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (essential)
- Valid drivers license
- Experience gained in a construction site environment will take preference
- Commercial, residential and retail building projects experience essential
Qualifications
- BSc Quantity Surveying Degree
- B.Tech Quantity Surveying (if applicable)
