About the Role
Our client is seeking a Policy Officer to join their team in Cape Town CBD. The successful candidate will contribute to policy goals & results, strengthen the economic network, and work with partners to achieve centralised Head Offices objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate incoming visits
- Respond to trade-related and other queries effectively and timely
- Identify new opportunities inside and outside of the assigned sectors
- Archive all decisions and documents related to core activities
- Assist with other activities from time to time
Requirements
- A Degree (preferably in Economics or Business Administration)
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent in English (spoken and written communication)
- Proficient in working with social media, branding, & marketing
- Proven professional track record
- High level of maturity
- Affinity with cultural & political affairs
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (highly desired)
